Experiential Travel – Authentic Cultural Experiences are two ways to travel and make great friendship memories.  We have all heard it, “I had the best vacation.  We were on beach all day, everyday!”  And, while having on the beach is certainly a fun getaway, there is so much more to each destination we decide to visit.  Having an opportunity to meet, tour and have a meal with a local resident is becoming a very popular way to see the world. And, that’s a really good thing.

We talk with two travelers who are on a mission to change the way we see and experience the world when traveling.  Antimo Cimino and Kirk Kaulkner share their experiences traveling to Europe and having authentic experiences with the people, culture and food.

And, Doc Bill shares the history of food and how food has been a cultural aspect of our lives.
