With over 400 miles of trails for mountain biking, ranging from easy downhill rides to challenging cross country treks.
Roanoke’s outdoor experiences include hiking and checking out the Roanoke star on top of Mill Mountain. The Roanoke Star is an iconic symbol of Virginia’s Blue Ridge that overlooks the valley and mountains. Plan to go up for one of the most instagramable pictures that you can take. At night, this large free-standing, illuminated star is the perfect spot for a photo. Roanoke is Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountain destination.
