Tahiti, French Polynesia, South Pacific……..If you ask anyone what’s their dream vacation you will most likely hear the islands of Tahiti, Bora Bora and Moorea are on their list. The islands of French Polynesia have long been known for their beauty both in landscape and the people. Paul Gauguin, the French artist, captured the beauty of the islands in his work. Marlon Brando, the actor who played in the movie Mutiny on the Bounty loved the area so much he fell in love with a Tahitian woman, moved to the area and started a family. He couldn’t leave the beautiful islands. And, when you visit, you’ll feel the same way.

December of 2017, Annita had a chance to visit the Society and Cook Islands in Tahiti. Beautiful! She said you need to be a poet to describe the true beauty of the lagoons, rugged mountains shooting up from the sea and the deep blue sea. It is definitely something special you’ll find in the South Pacific. The beauty of the people and the landscape.

Our show described several of the islands she had a chance to visit.
