Visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Czech Republic

UNESCO Sites Czech Republic

The show was all about traveling for a purpose. So often we travel because we want to go hiking, or to the beach or even for a sporting event.  We are really always traveling for a purpose, but we don’t think of it in those terms. We’re just going to the beach is what someone might say.

On this show we travel for a purpose and one that you may not think about.  We go to the Czech Republic to visit UNESCO sites around the country. Did you know that Czech Republic has 14 UNESCO World Heritage sites.

You may ask what do the letters  U N E S C O mean?  It means United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.  When visiting you’ll see that each is covered in one way or another.  So it’s not just sites or buildings, but parks, gardens, and even cultural and traditional events and festivals.

Take a listen as Annita further explains more about UNESCO and Heritage Sites and her visit around the Czech Republic visiting the spectacular variety of UNESCO sites around the country.

After listening to the show, you’ll be ready to plan a trip all about visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the Czech Republic – visit their website and start planning.
