Hotel Visits and Reviews | 0 comments

The Intercontinental New York Barclay Hotel has a history that dates back over ninety years. Originally one of the four notable railroad hotels in 1926 New York City, the Barclay has maintained a classic feel with original details, while also renovating and decorating with modern style in mind. Through this combination of past and present, it provides a comforting place to rest one’s head after a busy day in a bustling city.

Deluxe guestrooms offer more space at 275 feet, and can offer a king sized bed or two twin beds. Both rooms are equipped with LED flat screens and feature bathrooms reminiscent of 1920s Manhattan. In the Premier guestrooms, one can choose a king bed or two double beds and the rooms offer all the features of the Superior and Deluxe rooms. In the Barclay Room, the walls are adorned with mural artwork and provide one-of-a-kind views with two corner windows looking out over Manhattan.
