I Travel Because – Lenzie Lucas

Our I travel because series with Lenzie Lucas, is filled with stories of how mothers and daughters can enjoy the world of travel together. During our conversation with Lenzie she spoke about how she plans a trip each year to visit a destination she has always wanted to explore.

We talked about how we met on a Paul Gauguin ship where we cruised around the Mediterranean.  Our seven day cruise was filled with historic sites and beautiful ports but most of all a great opportunity to get to know each other and start a lovely friendship.  We were very surprised to find we are from the same city.

During our I travel because conversation, Lenzie shares how at ease she is with traveling solo. Of course I asked her for tips to share with everyone and to encourage women to go out and explore their dream destinations, and they can do it solo.
