Your Travel Pharmacy

Your bags are packed, and you’re ready to go! Before you head out the door, there is an additional item to add  – it’s your personal travel pharmacy. Fill it with things you’ll need just in case. Here’s our list:

☐ Destination related immunizations, vaccinations, and pills/tablets

☐ Aspirin and Ibuprofen for pain and fever

☐ Stomach upset and diarrhea – Imodium and Pepto-Bismol

☐ Mild laxative

☐ Antacid

☐ Antihistamine & Decongestant

☐ Cough suppressant or cough drops

☐ Anti-motion sickness

☐ Allergic response meds – Benadryl (EpiPen 2 Pak if needed)

☐ All prescription and over the counter meds taken on a regular basis at home

☐ Syringes – diabetes meds

Basic first aid

☐ A pair of disposable latex-free gloves

☐ Bandage strips

☐ Elastic wrap for sprains and strains

☐ Cotton swabs

☐ Antiseptic

☐ 
 Alcohol wipes

☐ Sunscreen (Higher SPF – better)

☐ Water Purifier

☐ Aloe gel for sunburns

☐ Saline nose drops or spray

☐ Thermometer

☐ Antifungal and antibacterial creams

☐ Saline eye drops

☐ Insect repellant

☐ Antibacterial hand wipes

☐ Tweezer (pack in checked bag when traveling by air)

☐ Scissors (Pack in checked bag)

To clean surfaces

☐ Small travel size detergents or cleaning soap
